摘　　要：目的探讨ICU感染控制专职护士在多重耐药菌管理中的作用。方法设置ICU感染控制专职护士,通过加强培训、规范管理、及时通报多重耐药菌感染情况、加强感染控制措施落实。结果设立ICU感染控制专职护士前后新发MDROs菌株数分别为77株和50株,每千住院日新发多重耐药菌分离量下降(P<0.05)。结论设立ICU感染控制专职护士,通过严格督导和培训,能有效落实多重耐药菌感染患者的隔离措施,减少ICU多重耐药菌的交叉感染。Objective To explore the effect of full - time infection control nurses in ICU for the management of multi - drug resistant organisms （MDROs）. Methods Measures were conducted including setting up full - time infection control nurse in ICU, strengthening training, standard management, re- porting the infection of MDROs promptly and enhancing the implementation of infection control. Results The newly emerged MDROs were 77 and 50 strains be- fore and after setting up full - time infection control nurse in ICU. Separation of MDROs of infection/1 000 patient - days decreased significantly after setting up full - time infection control nurse （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The establishment of full - time infection control nurse in ICU with strict supervision and training can effectively implement MDROs isolation measures and reduce MDROs cross -infection in ICU.
