摘  要:外置蒸汽冷却器在高参数大容量再热机组中能充分利用回热抽汽的过热度,同时提高给水温度,从而提高循环效率。针对某1 000 MW二次再热项目,采用能级效率法对其带两级外置蒸汽冷却器方案的THA、TMCR、VWO、75%THA、50%THA等五个工况进行了能损分析,并与其常规方案的能损进行了比较。结果表明:带外置蒸汽冷却器方案热耗的收益主要来自辅汽能损部分,且两级外置蒸汽冷却器能降低600℃热力系统热耗约27kJ/(kW·h)。External steam coolers are widely used in large-capacity high-parameters reheat unit, due to their capability in recovering the superheat degree of regenerative steam and raising the temperature of feed water, thus improving the cycle efficiency. In this paper, an energy consumption analysis was carried out to a 1 000 MW double-reheat turbine with external steam coolers under THA, TMCR, VWO, 75%THA and 50%THA working conditions based on energy level efficiency method, and the results were compared with those of conventional schemes. Results show that the scheme with external steam coolers mainly reduces the heat consumption in auxiliary section, and in a 600℃ thermal system with two external coolers, the heat consumption may be reduced by about 27 kJ/(kW-h).
