摘  要:将水冷壁流动网络系统等效为流量回路、压力节点和连接管三类元件,对500 MW超临界直流锅炉低NOx燃烧器改造后水冷壁进行了水动力计算,分析了该锅炉负荷在500 MW、250 MW以及200 MW时壁温随炉膛高度的分布。结果表明:锅炉在500 MW时,上、下辐射区的水冷壁内壁温度、外壁温度、中间点壁温与鳍片温度均处于材料许用范围之内;250 MW时,下辐射区中间点温度不超过510℃,水冷壁是安全的;200 MW时,影响锅炉安全运行。By simplifying the water wall flow loop as following three kinds of components: flow circuit, pressure node and connection tube, hydrodynamic calculation was carried out to the water wall after low NOx retrofit of a 500 MW supercritical once-through boiler, so as to analyze the distribution of water wall temperature along furnace height respectively at the load of 500 MW, 250 MW and 200 MW. Results indicate that at the load of 500 MW, the inner wall temperature, outer wall temperature, intermediate point temperature and fin temperature of the water wall in upper radiation zone are all within allowable range of the material; whereas at the load of 250 MW, the temperature of intermediate point in lower radiation zone does not exceed 510℃, indicating that the water wall is safe; but at the load of 200 MW, the safety of boiler operation is to be affected.
