摘 要:对直接空冷机组高背压供热系统进行了介绍,对高背供热方式下的几个关键问题进行了论述。通过控制低压缸的进流量或进汽温度来防止高背压运行工况下低压缸末级叶片产生鼓风;在单列小进汽流量下,通过打开此列的凝结水门和关闭真空门可有效防冻;通过优化全厂机组间的负荷分配可以提高高背压供热方式下运行经济性;通过增加水环真空泵工作水冷却装置,提高真空泵的抽吸效率。工程实践证明空冷机组高背压供热是一种安全可靠的供热方式。An introduction is being presented to the high back-pressure heating system of a direct air- cooling unit, together with a description to several key problems that may occur during high back-pressure operation conditions. The air-blast failure in last-stage blade of low-pressure cylinder under high back- pressure operation mode could be prevented by controlling the flow rate and inlet temperature of the steam. When the inlet flow rate of one row is low, freezing of the row could be forbidden through opening the condensate valve and closing the vacuum valve of the row. The economy of the heating mode could be improved by optimizing the load allocation. The efficiency of the water ring vacuum pump could be raised by adding cooling equipment for the working medium. Practical applications prove the high back-pressure heating mode of direct air-cooling unit to be safe and reliable.
