摘　　要：呈缴制度是数字信息资源得以长期保存的法律基础。呈缴者、管理者和受缴者构成了数字信息资源呈缴制度中的三大主体。数字信息资源呈缴制度中的主体是呈缴工作得以顺利进行的首要因素,只有对他们的权益进行分析,并在此基础上使呈缴者和受缴者的权益得到保障,才能调动他们的积极性,使数字信息资源呈缴制度得以有效实施,进而实现呈缴制度的立法目标,即实现人类文化遗产的长期保存和有效利用。The presentation system is the legal basis of the long-term preservation for digital information resources. Presentationers,managers and accepters are made of three subjects of the presentation system. The subject in the presentation system of digital information resources is the primary factor of promoting the preservation work. Only it based on analyzing and protecting rights and interests of presentationers and accepters, their enthusiasm will be motivated. This makes the presentation system of digital information resources implement effectively, realizes the legislation object of the presentation system that is long-term preservation and effective utilization for human cultural heritage.
