高校图书馆学生社团多角色分析与启示

摘　　要：对高校图书馆学生社团的定位过于狭窄会影响到图书馆工作的有效开展。高校图书馆学生社团扮演着校园文化大使、图书馆宣传大使、校园创业达人、图书馆专业馆员助理、图书馆事务性馆员等多种角色。为了携手学生社团推进图书馆服务,高校图书馆要为更广泛的学生提供更多的工作岗位和实践机会,加强对学生社团的指导,实现协同创新,培养社团成员在图书馆工作的归属感。The narrow positioning of student associations in university libraries will affect the effective development of the library work.The student association in university libraries acts as the university culture ambassador, the library propaganda ambassador, the university entrepreneur, professional librarians, assistants and transactional librarian. In order to advance library services with student associations, university libraries should offer more job posts and practice opportunities to more students, strengthen the guidance for student associations to realize the cooperative innovation and foster student’s working belonging in libraries.
