摘　　要：在组织创新两阶段划分的基础上,基于动态能力视角,探讨了创造想法产生能力以及创造想法实施能力与创新绩效之间的作用关系。对283家有效样本企业进行实证分析,传统回归分析结果表明:探索式学习和利用式学习的开展均与组织创造想法的产生及实施有显著的正相关关系;同样地,创造想法产生能力和实施能力都与创新绩效之间存在显著的正相关关系。采用多元多重中介模型方法进行路径分析,结果表明:无论是探索式学习还是利用式学习,组织学习对创新绩效起显著作用的路径只有一条,即通过创造想法的实施能力显著地作用于创新绩效。Based on the two-stage of organizational innovation, this paperexplored the role of generation capability and implementation capability of creative ideas in the relationship between organizational leafing and innovative performance from the Dynamic Capability perspective. 283 sampling enterprises were adoped and the results of multivariable linear regression model showed that both exploration and exploitation are positively related to creative idea generation and implementation. And similarly both creative idea generation and implementation have a significant positive impact on innovative performance. Multi-mediator multivariable model was also employed to the path analysis and the results showed that under the interdependent condition, both exploration and exploitation could significantly impact innovative performance only through the implementation capability of creative ideas.
