长江流域水资源质量公报发布系统设计与实现

摘　　要：长江流域水资源质量公报发布系统是长江流域水资源监控信息平台的一个重要子系统,系统着重对水质公报信息进行地图发布和综合展现,为水资源相关管理部门、科研设计规划部门及社会公众提供流域水资源质量公报地图查询综合服务,更好服务于流域水资源保护工作。在分析流域水资源质量公报发布信息化需求的基础上,提出了系统建设的技术路线、总体架构和信息展现方案,并进行了系统功能设计,实现了流域水资源公报地图发布和综合查询。系统的建成将有效辅助长江流域最严格水资源管理制度的实施,为流域水资源保护工作提供先进科学的数据与技术支撑服务。The Release System for Water Resources Quality Bulletin of Yangtze River Basin is an important sub - system of Water Resources Monitoring Platform of Changjiang Basin Water Resources, which mainly functions the map release and the com- prehensive demonstration of water quality bulletin, so as to provide a comprehensive map query service of the basin water resources quality bulletin for the departments of water resources management, scientific research, design and planning as well as the public to better protect the water resources of the basin. Based on the analysis of informatization demand of the water resources quality bulletin release of the basin, the technical route, general structure and information demonstration scheme of the system construction are put forward and the functions of the system are designed, which realizes the map release and comprehensive query. The establishment of the system will effectively assist the implementation of the most stringent water management system in Yangtze River Basin and provide advanced and scientific data and technical support for water resources protection.
