摘　　要：基于2010—2013年合肥、芜湖、蚌埠三市引导基金管理机构调查数据,对合芜蚌自主创新综合试验区创业风险投资引导基金的运作模式及投资特征进行研究。结果表明,2012年后引导基金投资项目的速率明显放缓,投资项目以成长、成熟期及高新技术企业为主,对于种子期企业投入不足,投资领域主要集中于制造业、农林牧渔业等地区传统行业。引导基金在战略定位、募资来源、资金使用效率、与地区产业政策、人才特区建设相衔接等方面仍需进一步加强。The paper, based on survey data of enture investment guide fund management institutions in Hefei, Wuhu, Bengbu from 2010 to 2013, analyzes the mode of operation and investment characteristics. The results show that, after 2012, the number of investment projects of guide fund significantly reduced; the investment projects are dominated by high tech enterprises in growing and mature stage, but small proportion of the seed stage companies. The investment field is mainly concentrated in manufacturing, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fisheries and other areas of traditional in- dustries. Venture investment guide fund in strategic positioning, fund -raising sources, capital efficiency, and regional in- dustrial policy, SAR personnel dovetail construction and other aspects need to be further strengthened.
