摘　　要：从感知世界到数据分析,大数据已成为信息时代的背景和趋势。大数据具有大容量、高速度和多智慧3个特征。大数据推动科技服务业重组,使科技服务业产生新的赢利模式、经营方式,增强风险控制。大数据平台是科技服务业发展的首要条件;数据分析人才是科技服务业发展的关键;协同创新是科技服务业发展的驱动机制;合理的隐私政策是科技服务业健康发展的保障。加强对数据和隐私信息采集、分析、处理、交易等方面的顶层设计刻不容缓。From the perception of the world to the data analysis, Big Data has become a big trend and background in the Information Age. Big Data has three features, such as large capacity, high speed and multi - intelligence. Big Data pro- motes the restructuring of S＆T Service industry, generates new profit model, operation model, and enhances risk control. So, to the healthy development of S＆T Service Industry, big Data platform is a prerequisite, data analyst is the key factor, collaborative Innovation is the drive mechanism and reasonable privacy policy is a security system. Enhancing the top - lev- el design of data and privacy, such as information collection, analysis, processing, trade and other aspects , is also urgent- lv needed.
