摘 要:【目的】广东万年青(Aglaonema modestum)是亚热带观叶植物,在北方地区温室环境下,研究适宜广东万年青生长的水培营养液配方,为其在北方地区应用与推广提供科学依据。【方法】试验以陶粒为栽培基质,水为对照,选用霍格兰、日本园试、观叶植物营养液、调试A、B、C和D 7种营养液配方,研究广东万年青的栽培生长形态和生长相关生理指标,筛选适宜广东万年青生长的水培营养液配方。【结果】7种营养液对广东万年青生长的影响具有一定差异,7种营养液培养条件下其叶片含水量、植株含水量、叶片可溶性糖含量以及叶绿素含量等生理指标呈现一定变化。【结论】适于北方地区温室环境下广东万年青水培繁殖的最佳营养液配方为调试配方B。[Objective] Aglaonema modestum is a very important ornamental tropical foliage plants, which is mainly used in the apphcation and popularization by indoor hydroponic pot form in Harbin after the introduction. However, nutrient solution formula of A. modestum growth suitable for greenhouse environment has not been studied and reported in northern areas. [ Method] In this study, we used ceramsite as a culture medium, water as the control, selected seven formula of nutrient solution including Hoagland, Japanese Gar- den test, foliage plant nutrient fluid, debugging formula A, B, C and D, investigated growth morphology and growth -related physiological index of A. modestum under seven formula of nutrient solution, and screened the best formula of nutrient solution for growth of A. modestum. [ Result ] The study found that the effect of seven formula of nutrient solution on the growth of A. modestum had certain difference. The water content of the plant, the content of leaf soluble sugar and chlorophyll content and other physiological indexes of A. mode- stum changed less under seven nutrient solution culture conditions. [ Conclusion] Comprehensive evaluation showed that the optimal nutrient solution formula of A. modestum in north area hydroponic propagation formula is debugging formula of nutrient solution B.
