摘 要:从抑制谐波电流和减小体积质量的目的出发,设计了基于星形连接自耦变压器的24脉波自耦变压整流装置(ATRU),提出了采用4组相间变压器并联整流桥输出的方法来简化电路。介绍了ATRU的工作原理,分析了整流电路的等效容量。对相间变压器的结构和工作机理进行了详细分析。在Saber仿真的基础上,研制了一台18 k W ATRU原理样机。实验结果表明改进了相间变压器的24脉波ATRU不仅能够保证各个整流桥独立工作,降低输入电流的总谐波畸变,而且通过降低整流装置的等效容量,有效减小了其体积和质量,简化了电路结构。Considering for lower harmonic current, volume and weight, the 24-pulse auto-transformer-rectifier unit (ATRU) based on star connected auto-transformer-rectifier was designed, The output scheme of four interphase transformers (IPT) connected with rectifier bridges was adopted to simplify circuit. The operation principle of ATRU was analyzed. The equivalent capacity of the rectifier circuit as well as the structure and principle of IPT was analyzed. A 18 kW ATRU prototype was manufactured based on Saber simulation. The experimental results show that the ATRU can not only make rectifiers bridges work independently and reduce the total harmonic distortion of input current, but also reduce the volume and weight of ATRU by reducing equivalent capacity of the rectifier configuration and simplify circuit.
