中医特色及辨证施护对重症肌无力患者远期疗效的评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨常规专科护理和中医特色及辨证施护对重症肌无力患者预后的影响。方法:将75例重症肌无力患者随机分为观察组(中西医结合护理组)45例和对照组(常规护理组)30例。对照组按护理常规进行专科护理,观察组在对照组基础上配合中医辨证施护特色护理。采用临床绝对评分法和相对评分法评价两组患者近期(1月)疗效及远期(1年)预后。结果:与常规护理组比较,观察组患者1月后、1年后临床绝对评分法和相对评分法均有明显差异(均为P<0.05),且远期的评分降低更显著(P<0.01)。结论:中医辨证施护及特色护理方法能够提高重症肌无力患者的远期预后。Objective： To investigate the effect of characteristic and symptom-oriented traditional Chinese medical nursing on MG patients. Methods： Seventy-five MG patients were randomly divided into two groups：the control group（ n = 30） received conventional treatment and the treatment group（ n = 45） received characteristic and dialectical traditional Chinese medical nursing in addition to routine therapy. Clinical absolute and relative scores were recorded for each patient at 1 month and 1 year for the comparison of short-term and longterm effects. Results： Both the clinical absolute and relative scores were significantly lower in the treatment group compared to the control group,at both short- and long-term comparison,with the difference in long-term effect more significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The characteristic and symptom-oriented traditional Chinese medical nursing can improve the long-term prognosis of MG patients.
