摘　　要：邮轮旅游正在成为世界旅游经济和海洋经济中的一个新亮点,它对区域经济及相关产业有很强带动作用,但也会带来社会、经济和环境等方面的负面影响。邮轮旅游发展涉及多方利益关系,基于利益相关者理论对邮轮旅游可持续发展进行解读,以经营邮轮旅游业务的邮轮公司这一重要利益主体为切入点来构建邮轮旅游可持续发展利益相关者图谱,继而通过研究邮轮公司和其利益相关者之间的相互作用,分析了邮轮公司进行邮轮旅游可持续发展面临的外部环境变化以及邮轮旅游对各利益主体带来的积极和消极影响。Cruise tourism is becoming a new brilliant point of world tourism economy and world marine economy.The importance of its role in promoting regional economic and associated industries has been recognized,but it also brings about negative impacts on society,economy and environment,which should not be underestimated.The development of cruise tourism involved multiple benefits.Based on the stakeholder theory,the thesis analyzes different stakeholders of cruise tourism and the interactions between the stakeholders and the cruise companies from the perspective of the cruise companies,then built stakeholders map about the sus-tainable development of cruise tourism.Through analyzing the interactions between the stakeholders and the cruise companies,the external environmental changes confronted by the cruise companies and the positive as well as negative impacts of cruise tourism on the stakeholders in the implementation of the the sustainable development of cruise tourism are expounded.
