聚乳酸纤维吸湿排汗运动面料的制备与性能研究

摘　　要：为了开发性能优良的聚乳酸吸湿排汗运动面料,对聚乳酸纤维的纵向表面和横截面进行分析,然后采用聚乳酸长丝与不同混纺比的亚麻/黏胶单纱直接并捻成复合纱线,分析复合纱线的结构,随后采用不同的织物组织(平纹、斜纹、缎纹)将并捻复合纱线织成织物。对织物的透湿性、透气性、毛细管效应及力学性能进行了测试分析,讨论织物组织和不同混纺比对织物吸湿排汗性能及力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:三种组织织物中吸湿排汗性能最佳的为缎纹;随着黏胶含量的增加(亚麻含量的减少)织物的毛细管效应和力学性能依次增大,而透湿性和透气性依次减小。To develop PLA sportswear fabric with moisture absorption and sweat discharging properties with good performance,this paper analyzes the longitudinal surface and cross section of PLA fiber,makes composite yarns through direct doubling and twisting of PLA filament and flax / viscose single yarn with different blending ratios,analyzes the structure of composite yarns and weaves composite yarns into fabrics with different fabric weaves( plain weave,twill weave and satin weave). In addition, this paper conducts test and analysis on the moisture penetrability,air permeability,capillary effect and mechanical property of fabrics and discusses the influence of fabric weave and different blending ratios on moisture absorption and sweat discharging and mechanical property. The test result shows that satin weave has the best moisture absorption and sweat discharging property; with the increase of viscose content( the decrease of flax content),the capillary effect and mechanical property of fabrics increase successively and moisture penetrability and air permeability decrease successively.
