摘 要:我国每年尾矿排放量巨大,尾矿库储存尾矿方式存在极大的安全和环境隐患。正在兴起的干排技术可以有效缓解尾矿处理问题,而微细粒尾矿的浓缩正是干排技术的核心。为了解决目前微细粒尾矿浓缩效率低的难题,本文利用山东科技大学自主研发的无耙高效浓密机,针对吉林某金矿的微细粒尾矿进行了高效浓缩试验,考察了无耙高效浓密机的主要结构操作参数对浓缩效果的影响。试验结果表明,采用φ500无耙高效浓密机能够实现微细粒尾矿的有效浓缩,通过控制给料量、浓密机高度和沉降锥数量,可将微细粒尾矿(其中粒径小于0.010mm的占含量60.19%,干矿的质量分数为23.66%)的浓度提高30%以上;无耙高效浓密机的主要结构操作参数中,给料量的影响最大,高径比的影响次之,沉降面积的影响最小。With the huge tailings discharge every year,the tailings storage exists enormous potential safety and environmental danger.The rising dry tailings discharge technology can effectively alleviate the tailings disposal problem,and the concentration of micro-fine tailings is the core of this technology.To solve the low concentration efficiency,experiments of efficient concentra-tion on micro-fine tailings in a gold mine in Jilin province were carried out using the no-raking efficient thickener which was self-designed and developed by Shandong University of Science and Technology,and the effects of the main structural and operating parameters of the thickener on the micro-fine tailings concentration were studied.The results show that the micro-fine tailings can be efficiently concentrated by using theφ500 no-raking efficient thickener.Through controlling the feeding amount,the height and number of the settling cone,the concentration of micro-fine tailings less than 0.010 mm in size,60.19% in content and 23. 66% in concentration)could be increased more than 30%.Among these parameters,the feeding amount is the main influencing factor,then the height to diameter ratio,and the settling cone area has the minimal impact.
