我院开展远程医疗的实践及其思考

摘　　要：该院与新疆、云南、内蒙古、甘肃、陕西、山西等省市地区2000余家医院互联互通建立了远程医疗系统,通过分析该院近5年对5000余例患者实施远程医疗的实际情况,对其远程医疗业务种类、数量以及业务开展科室分布等进行分析,总结了其远程医疗业务的特点及其取得的成效。该院在实施远程医疗的同时也提升了互联基层医院的诊疗水平,减轻了患者的就医负担,并还针对我国远程医疗存在的问题提出了建议。China-Japan Friendship Hospital has been connected with more than 2000 hospitals from Xinjiang, Yunnan, InnerMongolia, Gansu, Shaanxi and Shanxi provinces to establish remote medical treatment system. The paper conducts an analysis on over5000 remote medical treatment cases done by the hospital in the past 5 years, including remote medical treatment type, its quantityand its medical department distribution situation. The paper then summarizes the features of the hospital’s remote medical treatmentand the accomplishments it achieved. China-Japan Friendship Hospital, though the implementation of remote medical treatment, hasraised the diagnosis and treatment level of connected hospitals and reduced burdens for the patients. The paper also gives correspondingsuggestions regarding China’s remote medical treatment.
