摘　　要：通过对黑龙江省朝鲜族乡村的调研发现,朝鲜族人口外流结构特征明显,人口流出地乡村出现乡村空巢化、人口老龄化、职业非农化、乡村建设两极化等状况,这些状况对于新型城镇化建设有利也有弊。在朝鲜族新型城镇化建设中,必须结合自身实际,因地制宜,通过内生型城镇化、集中村建设、发展产业、注重人才建设、挖掘传统文化优势等措施,有效推进城镇化建设。According to investigation of Korean villages in H eilongjiang province, Korean ethnics＇ population mobility is obvious, the villages are becoming empty, aging of population, non--agricultural occupation, and polarization of rural construction. These conditions have advantage and disadvantage for the construct of new--type cities and towns, we must concentrate on rural construction, agricultural development, personnel training by endogenous urbanization to explore traditional culture superiority and promote urbanization construction.
