摘 要:为探究在日粮中添加无机硫对于家禽的影响,使用天津地产肉蛋兼用鸡作为试验动物,分为试验组和对照组,在试验组的日粮中加入0.1%的矿物硫作为变量,试验持续12周。检测其产蛋量等生产性能和血清中碱性磷酸酶、尿素氮、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶活性等血液生化指标。结果表明:在日粮中添加0.1%的矿物硫会在一定程度上增加肉蛋兼用鸡的生长指标。对于碱性磷酸酶、尿素氮、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶的影响并不显著。且并不会对其肝脏、肾脏,造成影响。In order to study the effects of adding inorganic sulfur on poultry in diet, this experiment used local chicken in Tianjin as experimental animals, divided into experimental and control groups. 0. 1% of mineral sulfur was added in the diet as a variable in the experimental group, the experiment lasted 12 weeks. Egg production,alkaline phosphatase, blood urea nitrogen, aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase in serum were detected. The results showed that adding 0. 1% sulfur minerals in the diet increased the growth indicators of the chicken, and did not affect the indicators of the alkaline phosphatase, blood urea nitrogen, aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase. It hadn't adverse effects to livers and kiclneys of chicken.
