摘　　要：分析了我国目前初级教练机使用状况,提出了新型初级/基础教练机发展需求。根据国外初级/基础教练机发展趋势、性能分析,明确了发展新型初级/基础教练机参数指标并推出了APT方案。对APT方案气动布局、总体布置进行了详细论述和设想,可为新型初级/基础教练机的创新性设计提供发展新思路。This paper analyzes the present service status of primary trainers in China and puts forward the development demand of new-type primary/basic trainer. In light of the analysis on the development trend and performance analysis of primary/basle trainer in foreign countries, it defines the performance parameters of new-type primary/hasic, trainer to be developed and introduces the AH＇ program. It gives detailed description and assumption to the aerodynamic configuration and overall an＇angement of the APT program, which can infer a new method for developing the innovative design of new-type prinmry/basic trainer.
