摘  要:为了进一步改善传统线性最优励磁控制中的动态性能和调节精度,保证电力系统运行的稳定性,本文设计了一种新的阻尼线性最优励磁控制器(DLOEC)。传统的线性最优励磁控制器(LOEC)状态方程使用Q矩阵表示,而DLOEC基于无阻尼机械振荡频率的不变性,为控制系统提供了给定的衰减系数,从而提高了控制器的动态性能。经过Matlab仿真,结果表明:与常规的电力系统稳定性控制能力相比,本文设计的DLOEC能够有效提高电力系统稳定性,同时具有良好的动态响应速度和阻尼特性。This paper presented a new damping linear optimal excitation controller (DLOEC) to improve the traditional linear optimal excitation control dynamic performance, accuracy of adjustment and enhance the stability of the power system. As the equation state of traditional linear optimal excitation controller (LOEC) was the matrix Q, and DLOEC proposed in this paper was based on the non-damped mechanical oscillation frequency invariance. For DLOEC system providing a given attenuation coefficient, thus the controller had improved the dynamic performance. The result of Matlab simulation indicated that DLOEC and the stability of conventional power systems were compared, the DLOEC of this paper could effectively improve the stability of the power system, and also had good dynamic response speed and damping characteristics.
