摘  要:内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司600 MW汽轮机组的给水系统配置3台50%额定容量的电动给水泵,额定负荷时给水泵2台运行、1台备用。2014年10月,2号机组给水泵电流明显增大:在机组负荷、主汽压力、减温水流量及背压相同的情况下,给水泵电流增大50~100 A。对2台机组给水泵的运行参数进行对比分析,判断故障原因为3号高压加热器内漏,导致给水泵出力增加,电流增大。经抢修后故障消除,给水泵电流恢复正常值,确保了机组的安全稳定和经济运行。In Inner Mongolia Jinglong Electric Power Generation Co.,Ltd., the 600 MW steam turbine was installed three feed water pumps with the nominal capacity of 50 percent, two of which run with one backup for rated load. In October 2014, current in the feed water pump of unit 2 increased obviously. Under the same load, main steam pressure, desuperheating water flow and back pressure, the current of two feed water pumps increased approximately 50 A to 100 A. By comparing parameters and measuring the temperature, determined the cause was the high-pressure heater 3 leakage, which led to the output increase of feed water pump, and the electric current increased.
