摘  要:以内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司600 MW汽轮机低压缸端部汽封为研究对象,分别建立了汽封的三维实体模型和数学模型;并在Gambit软件中进行网格划分后,导入CFD软件应用双方程模型对其进行了数值模拟。分析了汽封结构参数(汽封间隙、齿高和齿厚)对汽封性能的影响。依据数值模拟结果,对机组汽封结构参数进行了相应调整,处理后,汽轮机真空严密性恢复正常。Taking a 600 MW steam turbine low-pressure cylinder end seal as the research object in Inner Mongolia Jinglong Power Generation Co.,Ltd., the mathematical model and the steam seal 3D solid model were established, carried on the grid division in the gambit and introduced it in the commercial CFD software, the double equation model was used to simulate the effects, and seal structure factors (such as steam seal clearance, tooth height and tooth thickness) were analyzed. After the overhaul of the seal, according to the simulation results, the expected goal of the relevant parameters of the steam turbine was achieved.
