经皮电刺激耳迷走神经对X综合征患者心率变异性的影响

摘　　要：目的观察经皮电刺激耳迷走神经对X综合征患者心率变异性的影响。方法将57例X综合征患者随机分为试验组(n=29)和对照组(n=28),试验组采用经皮电刺激耳迷走神经治疗(ta-VNS),30 min/次,2次/d;对照组口服比索洛尔5 mg治疗,1次/d。两组患者治疗前及治疗后8 w分别记录24 h动态心电图,进行24 h心率变异性时域分析比较。结果两组治疗后心率变异性各参数较治疗前均显著改善(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经皮电刺激耳迷走神经对X综合征患者心脏自主神经功能有明显改善作用。Objective To observe the effect of transcutaneous elecmcal shmulatlon ot nervus auncutans vaga on neart rate variability of patients with X syndrome.Methods 57 patients with X syndrome were randomly divided into experimental group （n = 29） and control group （n = 28）. Transcutaneous electrical stimulation of the nervus auricularis vagi （ta-VNS） were performed on the patients in the experimental group, 30 min every time and two times per day; while the patients in the control group took bisoprolol of 5 mg orally once per day. The 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram of the patients in both groups was recorded before the treatment and after 8 w treatment, respectively, and the analysis and comparison of time domain of heart rate variability between the two groups were made. Results The parameters of heart rate variability in both groups after the treatment were improved significantly than those before the treatment （P 〈 0.05）, and there was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Percutaneous electrical stimulation of nervus auricularis vagi on cardiac autonomic nervous function of patients with X syndrome has obvious improvement effect.
