摘　　要：主要分析了带式输送机用断带保护装置的应用现状,重点介绍了一种全新的全断面液压断带保护装置,不仅克服了现有断带保护装置的缺点,而且具有抓捕力大、动作灵活、可靠性和可维护性高的优点。通过对该断带保护装置的应用研究,为煤矿的安全生产提供了可靠的保障,具有巨大的经济和社会效益。This paper mainly analyzes the application and present situation of belt conveyor with broken belt protector ,introdu-cing a new kind of hydraulic protector of the whole broken belt .It not only overcomes the drawback of existing broken belt protec-tion device but also has advantages of great captured strength、flexible motion、high reliability and maintainability .Through the application research of the broken protection device ,providing a reliable guarantee for safe production of coal mine has great eco-nomic and social benefits .
