摘　　要：通过对带式输送机用盘式制动装置的工作原理和控制方式的技术研究,阐述了该制动装置的制动特点,并结合余吾煤业公司所使用的盘式制动装置特点,以及在使用过程中所发现的问题有针对性地提出了解决方法,为减少带式输送机运行的事故隐患,保证煤矿安全生产打下坚实的基础。This paper expounds the brake characteristics of disc brake device in belt conveyor through the technology research of the working principle and control mode of the device ,combining with Yuwu mining company used by the characteristics of the disc brake ,and targets the proposed solution for the problems found in use process ,which will ensure coal mine safety production to lay a solid foundation for reducing the running accidents of belt conveyor .
