摘　　要：针对近几年国家级职业院校技能大赛《自动化生产线安装与调试》项目竞赛,分拣单元出现的套件分拣问题,提出了套件分拣的算法,利用传送、逻辑字或、触点比较等功能指令设计了二个一组套件和三个一组套件的程序,并进行了分析,很好地解决了零件分拣过程中套件分拣控制程序编制的难点,大大提高了设备运行的可靠性和准确性。With the development of competition project ＂Installation and Debugging of Automatic Production Line＂ at the national occupation colleges in recent years, package sorting problem of sorting unit appears, so the package sorting algorithm is proposed in this paper. A group of two and a group of three suites of programs were designed by transmission, logic or, contact comparison function instruction and has carried on the analysis. It is a very good method to solve the difficulty of programming package sorting control parts sorting process and to improve the reliability and accuracy of equipment operation.
