摘  要:采用循环伏安法将Ag和L-甲硫氨酸(L-Met)聚合在玻碳电极表面,制得Ag/聚L-甲硫氨酸复合修饰电极(AgPLM/GCE),并对维生素C在此电极上的电化学行为进行研究,建立测定维生素C的新方法。在pH 3.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,扫描速率为220mV/s时,维生素C在修饰电极上,产生一灵敏的氧化峰,峰电位为0.326V(s Ag/AgCl),峰电流与维生素C的浓度在2.00×10-4~3.00×10-2 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为5.00×10-6 mol/L。用于部分水果蔬菜中维生素C的测定,结果满意。In this paper, the silver and L-methionine were polymerized on the surface of glassy carbon electrode to prepare Ag PLM/CA2E by using CV. Focusing on the study of the electrochemical behavior of vitamin C (VC) on the modified electrode, a new method for the determination of VC was established. In the pH3.0 phosphate buffer and 220 mV/s scan rate, VC produced a sensitive oxidation peak which potential value was 0.326 V (us Ag/AgC1) in the electrode. The peak current and the concentration had a good linear relationship in the range of 2.00 × 10^-4--3.00 × 10^-2 mol/L, the detection limit was 5.00 × 10^-6 mol/L. The method was used for the determination of vitamin C in some fruits and vegetables, with the satisfactory results.
