皖西地区农民住宅宜居空间研究——以金寨县古碑镇为例

摘　　要：随着社会与经济的飞速发展,农民生活水平极大提高,农村的居住模式发生了巨大的改变,传统生活模式已经不能适应新的生活方式。立足皖西地区的六安市金寨县古碑镇,通过对古碑镇农民自建住宅的实地走访、调研,并对有效调查结果进行分析归纳,总结出皖西农民生活模式和居住模式的特点。结合金寨农民自建房设计图集项目,根据当前农民对住宅功能的需求,探索出符合当地文化特征和生活习俗的住宅设计方法,以居家务农型户型为例,在针对节约土地、风格缺失、施工粗糙、功能提升、结构完善等诸多方面问题提出改善方案,为今后皖西农村自建房户型设计提供参考与借鉴。With the rapid development of society and economy, farmers＇ living standard has been greatly improved and settlement patterns in rural areas have undergone tremendous change, the traditional lifestyle has been unable to meet new lifestyle. Then integrating design atlas project of farmers＇ self-built housing in Jinzhai and trying to research evolution context of apartment in West Anhui and according to the law of development units to explore the layout design method in accordance with local regional characteristics. Farm-type units is an example ,for proposing improvement plan for the conservation of land, lack of style, rough construction, function to enhance and improve the structure and many other aspects of the problem for providing information and reference to rural self-help housing units in the west in the future.
