摘　　要：语言表层序列的不合法性可以有两种判定方式:既可以从言语形式生成的过程来判定,也可以从言语形式的理解-解码过程来判定。凡是可以从生成角度来理解的不合法性判定,都能从解码的角度来分析。这个结论背后也有心理学中"完形认知"的理论支撑。There are two methods for the identification of ungramaticalness of the surface sequences of a lan-guage：to be identified by the process of generation of its language forms, or by the decoding or understand-ing process of its language forms.It is proven that all the generative way of identification can be analyzed by the decoding process, which is also supported by psychological evidences.
