欧盟环境政策对我国的启示

摘　　要：欧盟是当今世界一体化程度最高的区域政治、经济集团组织。一直以来,欧盟在环境保护上都起着全球领跑者的作用,在国际环境事务中更是占据着举足轻重的地位。欧盟的环境政策自形成至今,以其完善且独一无二的一体化环境政策体系在欧盟内部及世界范围的环境治理问题上取得了显著的成效,同时影响着世界环境政策的发展趋势,因此为我国环境政策的制定和实施提供了宝贵的经验和思路。The European Union （EU） is a regional politic-economic union with the highest level of integration in the world. All along, the EU has been a leader in environmental protection and occupies a pivotal position in international environmental affairs. Since the formation of EU environmental policy, it has achieved remarkable success in environmental treatment with its perfect and unique system of integrated environmental policy, not only within the EU but also in the whole world. Meanwhile, it influences the development trend of the world＇ s environmental policies. Therefore, EU environmental policy provides valuable experience and ideas for the formulation and implemen- tation of our environmental policies.
