摘 要:为了解高职教育师资培训的现行状况,对重庆市多所高职院校的教师群体进行了问卷调查.调研内容涵盖师资培训的各个主要方面,包括高职教师的学历、职称、工作经历等基本情况,学校及教育主管部门对师资培训的态度,教师对培训模式、培训内容的感受及培训后的收获等.通过研究分析调查问卷,发现现行高职师资培训存在培训制度不够健全、培训基地建设不够完善、培训模式及培训内容不够合理等问题,提出了解决上述问题的一些对策建议,为建立长效稳定的高职师资培训体系提供了有益的借鉴.In order to understand the current situation of teachers' training for higher vocational education, a questionnaire survey was conducted in higher vocational college teachers of Chongqing. The survey contains many aspects of the teacher training, such as the education background, professor title and work experience of higher vocational teachers, attitudes of colleges and education authorities to the teachers' training, the teachers' reaction to the training pattern and training contents etc. Based on the questionnaire survey of this teachers' training, we found some problems existing in current higher vocational teachers training, which includes that the training system and the construction of training base are not complete, the training patterns and contents are unreasonable. In order to solve these problems, the paper offers some countermeasures and advices to provide useful reference for the establishing of the long-term and stable higher vocational teachers' training system.
