摘　　要：以当代新型城镇化背景下泰州地区农村住宅作为研究对象,梳理相关研究资料,从村庄规划、住宅户型、住宅质量、建筑节能等角度对当前新农村建设过程中农宅设计的现状及存在问题进行分析研究,并提出相应有针对性的建议。In contemporary urbanization under the background of new rural residence as the research object, Taizhou region combing the relevant research materials, from the village planning, residential door, housing quality, such as building energy efficiency in the current new rural construction, current situation and existing problems of middle peasants house design analysis, and put forward corresponding targeted Suggestions.
