摘　　要：湖南移动电子商务的发展一直位于全国领先地位,省政府非常重视电商的发展,先后出台了一系列优惠政策。在政府的引导下,湖南省各行各业纷纷加入到4G的行列中来,产生了很大的影响,推进了4G手机行业的发展,改变了电商企业的经营模式,给旅游和医疗急救带来的极大的方便,将很难做电商的建材行业和大型家电推入了"掌"控时代,改变了电商平台会计的工作模式,从繁琐的工作中解脱出来,成为管理决策层。随着4G技术的成熟,湖南移动电子商务发展的必将越来越好,涉及面越来越宽阔,"掌"控时代马上到来。The development of Hunan mobile electronic commerce has been at the leading position in the country, the provincial government attaches great importance to the development of the electricity supplier, has issued a series of preferential policies. Under the guidance of the government, Hunan Province, all walks of life have to join the ranks of 4G, produced very big effect, promote the development of 4G mobile phone industry, change the business enterprise management mode, to travel and medical aid convenience, will be very difficult to do business in the building materials industry and large home appliances into the ＂control＂ era, changes the business platform of accounting work mode, free from the tedious work, as the decision-making layer. With the maturity of 4G technology, the development of mobile e-commerce in Hunan will be getting better and better, involves more and more wide, ＂control＂era is coming.
