摘　　要：生产性创意产业对产业布局升级有着重要的现实价值。通过跨越式发展,产业转移可促进区域的发展。随着产业的发展,生产性创意产业可拓展更强更大的发展空间,从而为招商引资创造更好的发展平台,也可促进产业集聚区的层次提升,为产业布局提供更为重要的发展空间。依托此交通干线,在现有的基础上,进一步优化布局,以生产性创意产业为基础,创造特色化的产业集群,科学地评价其推动的效用,将进一步推动产业升级的发展。它运用的是灰色模型,以指数增长为主,分析未来产业转移区的发展趋势,并得到创造效益总量的预测模型,并确定相应的因素。Productive creative industries have important practical value to the layout and upgrading of the industries. Through the leap frog development, industry transfer can promote the regional development. With the development of the industry, productive creative industries will expand stronger and larger development space so as to build up a better development platform for investment, and promote the level of industrial clusters to provide more important development space for the layout of the industry. Based on these, the development of industry upgrading will be further promoted by depending on productive creative industries, creating industrial clusters with characteristics and scientifically evaluating the promofive effectiveness. The gray model is used centering round exponential growth to analyze the future development trend of the industrial transfer zone in order to get a prediction model of the total benefit, and to determine the appropriate factors.
