延安民航机场空港配套服务供应链集成化设计

摘　　要：文章以延安民航支线机场空港配套服务为研究对象,重点分析民航支线机场进出港旅客对空港配套服务的个性化需求,在需求分析基础上,细致梳理了延安民航机场空港配套服务的资源条件,并探求延安所占有的服务资源与空港配套服务供应链环之间的有机匹配方式。基于对空港配套服务能力的全面提升的机场企业的诉求,本文提出的空港配套服务供应链集成化设计理念、思路与方法,为延安民航机场空港配套服务项目与集成化平台的具体设计提供工具与方法支撑。这种空港服务供应链集成化设计思想也为类似民航支线机场的配套服务能力的快速提升提供可供参考的破局思路。This paper takes Yan＇ an civil branch line airport ancillary services as the object of study, focusing on the analysis of personalized demand from the passengers in civil aviation branch line airport port entry of airport ancillary services. On the basis of the demand analysis, combing resource of Yan＇an civil aviation airport ancillary service condition and seeking the match types between the service resources were taken up by Yah＇an and airport ancillary services supply chain link. Based on the appeal from airport enter- prises of the comprehensive promotion of airport ancillary services abilities, so the proposed design con- cepts, method and tools of airport ancillary services supply chain raised by this paper, provide a tool and methodology support for the specific design of Yan＇ an＇s ancillary services project and integrated platform. This design method of integrated airport service supply chain also provide a reference to promote the service capacity for the similar branch line airport.
