摘　　要：网络社会背景下,影视剧作品网络盗播侵权现象时有发生,欧美发达国家均通过健全的法律制度对影视剧作品网络盗播侵权行为予以有效规制。借鉴国外的先进经验,完善我国现行法律制度,严格执法,公正司法,提高公民的版权意识,有效预防并制止影视剧作品网络盗播侵权行为的发生,成为我国影视产业健康发展的当务之急。In network social background, network television dramas have occurred piracy violations. American and European countries have passed a sound legal system on network television dramas piracy infringement to be effective regulation. Learning from the advanced experience from foreign countries to improve the current legal system from strict law enforcement, judicial justice, and improving citizens awareness of copyright, effective preventing and suppressing the network piracy on television dramas infringement occurred.
