摘　　要：为了有效解决高校科技成果转化困难和企业苦于找不到合适项目的矛盾,本文对企业创新技术需求和高校科技成果转化相结合进行了探讨,并根据高校科技成果转化与企业面向技术需求结合存在的主要问题,提出了一些对策和建议。In order to solve the contradiction between transformation of university scientific achievements and enterprises, this paper discussed the ways to combine the requirements of enterprises for technological innovation and the transformation of university scientific achievements. In the meantime, this paper also put forward some solutions to this problem.
