高校二级党校全景式培训机制的实践探索

摘　　要：作为宣传学习党的理论知识、提升大学生党性修养的熔炉,高校二级党校是基层党建工作的重要组成部分。文章在分析当前高校二级党校培训工作所存在问题的基础之上,指出从课堂教学机制、实践教学机制、管理运行机制和督导考评机制四个方面着手构建全景式培训体系,从而创新二级党校培训路径,实现培训工作的全新转向和整体升级。As an important place to learn the Party theory and improve the Party spirit of the university students, the secondary Party schools of the university is an important part of the basic Party building. Based on the analysis of the problems in the present training work of the secondary Party schools, a panoramic training system was put forward from four aspects： classroom teaching, practice teaching, operation management and supervision and evaluation, so as to establish a new way of training and upgrade the training work of the secondary Party schools.
