摘 要:通过对郑州市两个城中村砌体房屋的调查,确定砌体房屋的典型特征,建立了多层砌体房屋的有限元分析模型,对模型进行了模态分析。分析表明,由于房屋纵墙开洞较多削弱了房屋的纵向抗侧刚度,使得房屋纵向的基本周期较长;分别沿房屋的纵向和横向进行了多遇地震、设防地震和罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程反应分析,表明城中村砌体房屋在地震中会产生不同程度的破坏,甚至倒塌,已严重不满足我国抗震规范的相关规定,将造成重大的人员伤亡和财产损失。Through the survey of the masonry buildings in two Urban-villages in Zhenzhou City,the characteristics of the masonry buildings are determined,so the finite element model of the masonry building is established,the model analysis of the building was conducted. The results show that since the longitudinal stiffness of the building was weakened because of the more openings in the longitudinal walls,so the longitudinal fundamental period of the building become longer. The time-history analysis of the masonry building under frequent earthquake intensity,precautionary earthquake intensity,and rare-earthquake intensity are carried out. The results show that the masonry building will produce severe damage,even collapse,and the performance of the building could not severely meet the requirements of the Code for Seismic Design of Buildings,so that the destruction of the masonry buildings in Urbanvillage will cause significant casualties and property losses.
