摘 要:许多优秀的钢筋混凝土历史建筑年久失修,存在混凝土构件强度普遍偏低、混凝土开裂、钢筋锈蚀铁胀等现象,存在很多安全隐患。加之当初设计时,由于受到材料、技术等诸多因素的影响并未考虑抗震设防要求,对其进行修缮和改建已显得十分必要。本文以上海某历史建筑为例,综合应用锚杆静压桩技术、阻尼器减震技术、外包钢技术、加强梁柱节点和压力灌浆技术,使得结构刚度有较大幅度提高,抗震性能得到了极大改善,为历史建筑的修缮加固提供指导意义。Many excellent reinforced concrete historical buildings fell into disrepair,with generally low strength concrete members,concrete cracking,steel swelling and corrosion,there are many security risks. Coupled with the original design,because of the influence of many factors such as material,technology,the seismic requirements weren't considered,so it is necessary to repair and reconstructe the historical buildings. Taking a historical building in Shanghai as an example,the comprehensive application of pressing pile by anchor technology,damper technology,steel technology,strengthening of beam column joints and pressure grouting technology,the structure rigidity and the seismic performance are improved greatly. It will provide guidance for historical buildings' repair and reinforcement.
