某门诊楼加层加固工程的设计

摘　　要：介绍了原层数为6层的框架结构,在其上加一层门式钢架的加层设计,包括基础加固、柱加固、原屋顶梁板加固和安装防屈曲耗能支撑用于改善结构性能的加固,同时探讨了加层后新旧结构之间连接节点设计。通过该工程完工后的建筑使用情况观察及建筑沉降观测,表明了该房屋加层加固设计具有安全性、可行性,可供同类加层房屋设计时参考。The adding story design of an integral structure composed of a 6 stories reinforced concrete structure at the bottom and one story portal frame added at the top is introduced. The content includes： reinforcement of foundation; reinforcement of columns;reinforcement of beam and slab of original roof; reinforcement of installing buckling restrained braces to improve structural performance. And the joint design between the old and new structures after adding story is also discussed. Through observation of the use of the building after completion and settlement observation of building,it is proved that the design of adding story and reinforcement has achieved safety and feasibility to provide reference for similar design of adding story.
