摘　　要：为了解决时分复用无源光网络的低带宽、高延时和波分复用无源光网络的高成本、低利用率的问题,提出一种新型时分波分混合复用无源光网络系统。利用马赫曾德尔干涉光开关阵列和高速铌酸锂马赫曾德尔调制器,可灵活、快速地为不同光网络单元传递数据包,减少了光调制器的使用数量,降低了系统成本。该系统结合光载波抑制调制和波长重用技术,实现了下行10Gbit/s、上行1.25Gbit/s的通信速率,传播距离可达50km以上。In order to solve the problem of low bandwidth,high latency of TDM-PON and high cost and low utilization of WDM-PON）,a novel hybrid TDM/WDM-PON system using Mach-Zehnder interferometer switches and a high speed LiN-bO3 Mach-Zehnder modulator is proposed.This scheme can not only enable the transmission of data to fast and flexible for the different optical network units,but also reduce the number of electro-optic modulator and the cost of the system without cut down the high transmission rate.Meanwhile this system is achieved 10 Gbit/s downstream,1.25 Gbit/s upstream over 50 km transmission distance by using the technologies of optical carrier suppressed modulation and wavelength reuse.
