摘  要:在节能减排和智能电网的背景下,为了充分利用风能和太阳能,综合考虑经济性、可靠性和环保性等因素,建立了以分布式电源、蓄电池以及联络线的投资成本、网络风险指标、环境效益为目标函数的配电网多目标规划模型,引入馈线分区思想来减少求解网络风险指标时对系统元件逐一分析的工作量。利用NSGA-Ⅱ算法求出模型的帕累托前沿,采用逼近理想解排序法从帕累托前沿中筛选出最优方案。以RBTS-bus2配电系统为算例对各种方案进行对比分析,验证了所提模型的有效性和实用性。In order to take advantage of wind and solar power, a multi-objective planning model of distribution network model is developed with an overall consideration of the economy, reliability and environmental protection under the background of energy saving and smart grid. By taking the investment cost of DG, battery and tie lines, network risk index and environmental benefits as the objective functions. The feeder partition method is used to reduce the workload when analyzing the components of the system about solving network risk index. NSGA- II algorithm is applied to solve the model Pareto frontier of model. The similarity to an ideal solution is used to find the optimal solution from Pareto frontier. The various options of RBTS-Bus2 distribution system are analyzed to verify the effectiveness and expediency of the proposed model.
