摘　　要：目的分析胎儿左右方位识别的现状,探讨利用声像图标准切面,快速、准确识别胎儿左右方位的可行性。方法利用13700例中晚孕孕妇,进行产前系统筛查,在胎儿标准纵切面(胎头在屏幕左侧)的基础上,探头逆时针旋转90°,取得横切面,采用胎儿脊柱的逆时针方向为左侧的方法,快速识别胎儿内脏的左右方位,判断内脏位置异常的胎儿,与引产、产后病理或影像学检查对照,检验识别结果的准确度。结果应用声像图标准切面左右方位快速识别法,13700例孕妇中,共发现内脏异位胎儿7例,与随访结果对照,完全准确。结论声像图标准切面左右方位快速识别法,省时、省事、方便,准确度高,值得在临床推广应用。Objective Analysis of the current situation of fetal position recognition, to explore the use of ultrasonography standard sections, rapid, accurate identification of fetal feasibility about range. Method 13700 cases of pregnant women with late pregnancy, prenatal probe 90 anticlockwise, obtained cross- section, screening, fetal standard in longitudinal section （fetal head on the left side of the screen） based on. In a counterclockwise direction fetal spine left fight direction method, rapid identification of fetal viscera. Analysis of visceral abnormal position of fetus, and labor, postpartum pathology and imaging control, test the accuracy of identification results. Result Application of ultrasonographic standard plane orientation rapid identification method, 13700 eases of pregnant women, 7 eases were found in visceral ectopic fetus, control and follow-up results, completely and accurately. Conclusion Ultrasonographic standard ：sections around the range fast recognition method, time saving, easy, convenient, accurate, and can be widely used in clinic.
