金花消痤丸联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗寻常性痤疮临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究金花消痤丸联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗寻常性痤疮的临床价值。方法130例寻常性痤疮患者随机分为治疗组琴对照组各65例。对照组口服金花消痤丸4g，每日3次；治疗组在上述药物治疗基础上给予异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗，每晚1次。治疗组及对照组均连续治疗8周后评估疗效。结果治疗8周后治疗组患者的有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组患者的生活质量下降指数明显大于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论金花消痤丸联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗寻常性瘦疮的疗效明显优于单纯应用金花消痤丸治疗。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy ofjinhua xiaocuo pill combined Isotretinoin Erythromycin Gel in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods 130 patients with acne vulgaris were randomized into therapy group and control group. 65 patients in control group received 4g jinhua xiaocuo pill, three times a day. Patients in therapy group received the same dosage ofjinhua xiaocuo pill and also received the therapy of Isotretinoin Erythromycin Gel, quaque nocte. Patients in both the groups were evaluated clinically after 8 weeks therapy. Results The effective power in therapy group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. The life quality index in therapy group decreased more than the index of control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The study showed that jinhua xiaocuo pill combined Isotretinoin Erythromycin Gel is more effective than the simple application ofjinhua xiaocuo pill in the treatment ofacne vulgaris.
