摘 要:针对600 MW超临界机组W火焰锅炉存在的水冷壁超温、燃烧经济性差和锅炉结渣等问题,以双调风燃烧器W火焰锅炉为研究对象,通过对超临界机组运行特点分析和双调风燃烧器W火焰锅炉燃烧调整方法的研究,提出了外二次风叶片角度中间小、两边大的锅炉燃烧调整方法,在此基础上,对锅炉进行了燃烧工况优化。燃烧调整试验结果表明,锅炉燃烧稳定,水冷壁温度正常,燃烧经济性较好,锅炉结焦可控。This paper focused on the problems of water wall temperature exceeding, low combustion efficiency and boiler slagging on W-shape flame boiler with double adjustable swirling flow burners, through analyzing operating mode of super-critical unit and combustion adjustment methods of double adjustable swirling flow burners, put forward the combustion adjustment methods on was small and both sides were large of outer secondary air vane angle. The result of combustion adjustment test showed tha tcomhustion boiler was stable, water wall temperature was normal, the combustion was economical, boiler could control.
