摘  要:针对新能源燃料电池发电系统实际需求,提出了一套SCADA系统构建方案,实现对燃料电池发电系统各个子系统在线实时监测和控制,以及对燃料电池发电系统设备的在线故障诊断和维护,并可远程实现燃料电池发电系统"四遥"功能,同时提供智能高级应用接口。详细阐述SCADA系统结构和模块功能,为日后燃料电池发电系统SCADA系统标准化、规范化设计提供参考。A set of construction scheme for the SCADA system in fuel cell power system was put forward in this paper, according to the actual needs of new energy fuel cell power system. In this system, the state of fuel cell subsystems can be monitored in real-time, and the fault diagnosis and maintenance of fuel cell system equipment were implemented online. Moreover, in addition to the rich smart application interface of the SCADA system, the engineers can control fuel cell system remotely. The paper introduced the structure and function of the SCADA system in detail, which was helpful for the standardized design of the SCADA system in fuel cell power system.
