摘 要:探讨了物料配比、翻堆方式和通风量对脱水污泥生物干化的影响,分析了污泥生物干化前后热值的变化情况.结果表明,当污泥与园林垃圾的配比为5∶2时,温度峰值最高,达54.6℃,物料含水率下降了11.22%,且VS去除率最高;与不翻堆的试验相比,翻堆试验的最终含水率为45.98%,比不翻堆的低2.54%;当通风量为0.5 m3/h时,有利于堆体温度的上升和强化干化效果.采用最佳的生物干化条件对污泥进行预干化处理后,堆体的含水率从60.45%降至42.57%;干化后物料的低位热值达到9 763.3 k J/kg,有良好的热值资源化前景.This study evaluated the effects of material ratio, turning and ventilation on bio-drying of dewatered sludge and the changes of calorific value. Results showed that the peak temperature was the highest and reached 54.6℃ when the sludge and garden waste ratio was 5:2. The moisture content decreased by 1l. 22% with the highest VS degradation rate. Compared with no turning, the final water content of turning process was 45.95%, 2.54% lower than that in no turning. The ventilation rate of oxygen was 0. 5 m^3/h in the experiment was conducive to the increase of the pile temperature and strengthening the drying effect. The moisture content of the pile predried with optimal condition decreased from 60.45% to 42.57%. The low calorific value of dried material reached 9 763.3 kJ/kg. The utilization of calorific value has a good prospect.
