老年粗隆间骨折采用加长翻修柄半髋置换治疗的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对应用加长翻修柄半髋置换手术方式对股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法将我院收治的78例患有粗隆间骨折疾病的老年患者临床资料进行回顾分析。结果治疗组在临床疗效、手术操作时间、术后住院时间、临床治愈时间、术中出血量、围手术期不良反应、手术满意度、手术前后Harris评分改善等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用加长翻修柄半髋置换手术方式对患有粗隆间骨折疾病的老年患者实施治疗的临床效果优于对照组。Objective To lengthen overhaul handle application of hemiarthroplasty operation on femoral intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly patients with clinical curative effect research. Methods In our hospital 78 patients with intertrochanteric fracture disease of elderly patients and the clinieal data were retrospectively analyzed. Results In the treatment group in the clinical efficacy, operation time, postoperative hospitalization time, clinical healing time, amount of bleeding, peri operation period of adverse reactions before and after the operation, operation satisfaction, improve Harris score were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of extended overhaul handle semi hip replacement operation mode for patients with intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients the disease clinical curative effect for implementation is better than that of control group.
